Unfortunately, you did not pass the exam because you didn't score at least 50% for each Competency and at least 70% for each Competency unit. Please be advised that you can go through the course again to prepare for the certification exam. You'll be answering questions only from the Competency unit that you failed, should you choose to proceed. If you have a complaint or wish to appeal against the outcome of your exam, please write to training@advisera.com. All queries will be dealt with promptly.
