How can we test how Advisera’s Company Account works?
It’s easy – simply register for a Company Account, and we will let you test all the features for free for the first 30 days. No credit card required.
How can I upgrade my account if I need more users?
You can simply purchase more users from a pricing table and, after the payment is processed, your Company Account will be automatically upgraded. Please make sure you use the same email address as you did for initial purchase because it’s the only way this process can be done automatically. If you decide to purchase it with a different email address, make sure you contact our support at support@advisera.com so we can upgrade your account manually.
Is it necessary to purchase training and awareness certificates?
No – you can use a Company Account without purchasing certificates. You might consider purchasing certificates only if your employees attend online courses (i.e. Foundations, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, and Data Protection Officer courses), and you need formal proof of their competence. If you decide to buy certificates, they are charged as a one-time purchase.
For security awareness trainings, testing employee’s knowledge is included in the price of the Company Account subscription and you will get a report on their success, however no certificates are available for awareness trainings.
Can we get a discount if we purchase course certificates for a group of employees?
Certainly, we have prepared generous discounts if you decide to purchase certificates for more than one student at once. Do not hesitate to contact us at support@advisera.com to find out the prices.
